Rules of procedure :

No smoking. No parties.

Check in from 3 pm. Check out no later than 11 a.m. Flexibility possible depending on bookings (please contact us).

No noise after 10 p.m.

Separating food waste. We're sorting, so please help us.

Water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and tourist tax are included. Cleaning (€15) is extra. On weekends, a minimum booking of 2 nights is required.

Special prices apply on Christmas weekends, New Year's Eve and the F1 Grand Prix.

Weekends: Friday 3 p.m. to Sunday 11 a.m.
Weekdays: check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out no later than 11 a.m.

Compulsory cleaning: €15

Arrangements for arrival and/or departure times are possible on request (depending on the cleaning arrangements).

Deposit: €150 (returned no later than 10 days after departure)
